Today was a local wedding at one of my favorite locations – HMS Warrior in the Historic Portsmouth Dockyard. I was doing the wedding photography for Carol and Robin.
The ceremony was enjoyable to photograph and there is just sufficient light from a mini spot light over the location that the couple stand in on the ‘Half Deck’. The mood and atmosphere at this fantastic location is truly special.
We were lucky and bright conditions and surprisingly warm weather meant for great opportunities for photos. Having photographed the ceremony and signing of the registers, we opted for some photos on deck and at various locations around the ship, before the couple and their guests headed below for a great meal, provided by the staff of County Caterers.
