Wedding Photographer at HMS Warrior in Portsmouth.

Today was a local wedding at HMS Warrior in the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth. I was doing the wedding photography for Joanne and Nick and a few of my favourite images are above.

Jo and her sons, pageboys and bridesmaids arrived in a white stretch limo which made for tricky photography on the walkway adjacent to HMS Warrior as it was dark before 5pm, as you'd expect at this time of year.

The 5.15pm ceremony was enjoyable to photograph and was on the ‘Half Deck’. The mood and atmosphere at this venue is fantastic.

We were lucky to get dry but chilly conditions - for some opportunities for photos around the ship. Having photographed the ceremony and signing of the registers, we opted for some photos on deck and at various locations, before the couple and their guests headed below for a gun presentation by Andrew, of HMS Warrior Events Team. Without delay, guests were whisked next onto a great meal, provided by the staff of County Caterers. You can view their website here, or via the link to them from my own website links page: http://www.countycaterers.co.uk/

The website of HMS Warrior is here: http://www.hmswarrior.org/ and I always enjoy working with the staff here and particularly Julie and Andrew who coordinate their events and weddings.
The DJ was Pete Travers who frequently attends HMS Warrior events. He doesnt have a website but you can call him on 02392 691 150.

The images will be available for viewing for Jo and Nick and their families very soon.
Should you be looking for YOUR late availabilty , high quality wedding photography during this Spring (or anytime in the next 24 months for that matter - still a reasonable number of places left) please feel free to get in touch and see what I can offer YOU.

As always these images are © Martin Lewis Photographer and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and may not be used for any purpose without written permission from myself.
