Wedding photographer at the Square Tower in Portsmouth

Today I attended the wedding of Sheena and Pete at the Square Tower in Southsea, Old Portsmouth.

After the ceremony we captured a few group photos on the roof, then adjacent to the Square Tower  www.squaretower.co.uk  The Square Tower is a great location for wedding photography and Steve Hender - the Manager and contact there - is available via their website, or enquiries@squaretower.co.uk or 07519 505 785. Steve is really supportive and helpful to me. I also now have a link to the venue on my links page at www.martinlewis.biz and you can see a gallery of my work on his website too. I simply use this blog to showcase a small sample of some of my on-going and full time photographic work. So you’ll see a lot more photos and work than words and thoughts on my blog. Hopefully, you’ll like what you see. Attached to my blog are just a few of my favourite photos from this day and are mainly some toned / edited versions. The images were available for viewing for the couple, their family and friends very soon after the day.

Apart from weddings, I also shoot a range of commercial photography and property, PR or headshots, for instance. I am looking forward to a busy summer in 2022, with a steady flow of bookings for key dates coming in now - but good availability exists for times in the coming Winter, especially. Wedding photographer at the Squatre Tower in Old Portsmouth

Today I was at The Square Tower in Southsea, Hampshire. I was doing the wedding photography for Catherine and Patrick.

I simply use this blog to showcase a small sample of my on-going and full time photographic work. So you’ll see a lot more photos and work than words and thoughts on my blog. Hopefully, you’ll like what you see. Over the summer months I focus on gettig a small selection of photos from each event live, rather than writing lots of text!

Attached to my blog are a few of my favourite photos from this day. I captured a good selection of images over the course of this day and usually present say 250-500 images to the couple. The images were available for viewing very soon after the day.

Today I was at The Square Tower in Old Portsmouth, one of my local favourite venues to photograph. I was doing the wedding photography for Chantal and Simon who were a great couple to work.

I was present from arrivals at The Square Tower for the ceremony and up to the start o fthe wedding breakfast. Wedding Photographer at the Square Tower in Southsea and the Royal Naval Club too.

Today I was at The Square Tower in Southsea. I was doing the wedding photography for Kerry and Ruud and it was a great day, with some sun and heat for a nice change!

After some photos at the house and an early afternoon ceremony and a few family shots outside - we posed for some photos at various locations around the Square Tower. The staff are fantastic at this venue - Steve and Julia are always helpful to me and like to put on a great event.

After some refreshments - the couple and their guests headed off to The Royal Naval Club in the adjacent Pembroke Road, where the late afternoon and evening reception was planned. After a few photos of the room details, cake cut, speeches and first dance I was completed again for another day and fantastic wedding. It was an eight hour day for me today, but as usual time flies by when you are having fun - I do love my job!

All the images were available for viewing for Kerry and Ruud and their families very quickly.

Wedding photographer at the Square Tower in Southsea, Old Portsmouth.

Today I was at The Square Tower in Southsea. I was doing the wedding photography for Bronwen and Iain and it was a good day, with some sun, but cool almost autumnal weather (in July!).

The most important person on this day was clearly Harvey - the ring bearer and family member Welch Collie. You can see him in two of the pics attached & he was a stunning and very happy ring bearer!

After an early afternoon ceremony and a few family shots outside - we posed for some photos at various locations around the Square Tower. The staff are fantastic at this venue - Steve and Julia are always helpful to me and like to put on a great event.

After some refreshments - the couple and their guests headed off to Bayside Cabin in Lee on the Solent where the late afternoon and evening reception was planned. After a few photos of the room details, cake cut and speeches I was back on the road to my home office again.

All the images were available for viewing for Bronwen and Iain and their families very quickly.

Wedding photographer at the Square Tower in Old Portsmouth

Today I was at The Square Tower in Southsea. I was doing the wedding photography for Jayne and Duane.

I photographed arrivals, the ceremony, some group photos and so we posed for some photos at various locations around and inside the Square Tower - and up to the time that the meal started. So a relatively short day for me today.

The staff are fantastic at this venue - Steve and Julia are always helpful to me and like to put on a great event. If you are ever in the vicinity of the Square Tower - why not pop in and meet the business owners & see if it might be a suitable location for you to hold an event even. I love
