Wedding photographer at the Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth in Hampshire

Today was a local wedding at the Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth. I was doing the wedding photography for Charlotte and Samantha and they were good fun to work with. Along with lots of family they are a local couple, based in Emsworth.

 

After a few preliminary photos, the ceremony was photographed and the general photos occured around this familiar hotel within indoor and mostly outdoor locations, with good weather! We had a very good day at this venue and the staff at the hotel provided the fantastic catering for the day and coordinated the entire day to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time. They were super helpful to me also and especially Julie, their Event Manager. Just a few images from the day are below, to illustate a flavour of the day. It appears that the Brookfield Hotel is closing shortly for refurbishment, following the sale of the business. A number of staff told me they were unsure if their jobs will continue in the future and they also said they thought hast this might be the last wedding to take place at the venue. So a bit of a happy and a sad day rolled into one for us all on this occasion.

The ceremony was great to photograph and the general photos occured in the attractive rear gardens of this local hotel. We had a great day at this venue and we were very lucky to get great weather conditions. The staff, including Julie, at the Brookfield provided the fantastic catering for the day and coordinated the entire day to make sure evberything ran smoothly and on time.

Wedding photographer at the Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth

Today I was doing the wedding photography for Claire and Duncan. I was at the Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth. It was a short but great day, with good weather and light. The Brookfield Hotel is a fab location for a wedding and has attractive grounds and really helpful and friendly staff too.

I use this blog to showcase a small sample of my on-going and full time photographic work. So you’ll see a lot more photos and work than words and thoughts on my blog. Hopefully, you’ll like what you see. I focus on getting a small selection of photos from each event live, rather than writing lots of text!

Attached to my blog are a few of my favourite photos from this day. I captured a good selection of images over the course of this day and usually present say 250 - 400+ 'High Res' images to each couple. The images were available for viewing very soon after the day.

Clearly, we are still in pretty difficult times for people who are arranging weddings and booking suppliers and venues (such as photographers). For any remaining 2022 dates, I can offer some exceptionally affordable options, with preferential rates on my wedding photography and particularly for small, mid week or shorter wedding bookings.
