Wedding Photographer at The Square Tower and Southsea Castle in Portsmouth.

Today I was at The Florence House Hotel in Southsea - before the Square Tower in Old Portsmouth and then on to Southsea Castle. I was doing the wedding photography for Charlotte and Joseph who were a great couple to work with & the day was great FUN too.

I was present from arrivals at The Square Tower for the 2pm ceremony and right up to the first dance. After the ceremony we captured a few group photos near the town walls, then the couple and myself headed off to the Hot Walls, just along from the Square Tower www.squaretower.co.uk  The Square Tower is a great location and Steve - the Manager and contact - is available via their website, or enquiries@squaretower.co.uk or 07519 505 785. I met the team from Yellow Kite previously and I was very impressed with their service and standards (and food!). They are doing a great job at Southsea Castle and you can check them out yourself and full details are on their website.

I simply use this blog to showcase a small sample of ALL of my on-going and full time photographic work. So you’ll see a lot more photos and work than words and thoughts on my blog. Hopefully, you’ll like what you see.

Attached to my blog are a few of my favourite photos from this day. I captured a good selection of images over the course of this day and presented over 400 images to the couple. The images were available for viewing for Charlotte and Joseph and their families, very soon after the day.

Wedding Photographer at HMS Warrior in Portsmouth

Today I was covering a local wedding at one of my favourite locations – HMS Warrior in the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth. I was doing the wedding photography for Gemma and Rob.

The ceremony was in Captains Cabin. The atmosphere at this is fantastic location is truly special and a great time was clearly had by all the guests. We had some great opportunities for photos on deck after a ceremony performed by the Portsmouth Registrars: www.portsmouth.gov.uk/living/580.html and some amazing summer weather - a first for 2013!

Having photographed the ceremony and signing of the registers, we opted for some photos on deck and at various locations around the ship and were lucky with the bright and sunny conditions - before the couple and their guests headed ‘down below’ deck for an afternoon of celebrations and great food.

Special Event Photography at the Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth, Hampshire

This evening I attended The Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth to photograph a special event being hosted by one of their guests. It was a surprise party with around 30 guests attending a surprise (for some) family reunion. You can view the website of the hotel here: www.brookfieldhotel.co.uk

I have attached a few images – it was an informal family event and was attended by around 30 people. Couples and family groups posed for some portraits in the attractive gardens at the hotel between around 6.15pm and 7.00pm. Wedding Photographer at HMS Warrior in Portsmouth

Today I was at HMS Warrior. I was doing the wedding photography for Helen and Martin and they were fab and FUN to work with. After the ceremony and a few shots Captains Cabin - we posed for some photos, before a reception of provided by the staff of County Caterers. Thank you to Tracy and also Erin and Siobhan from the Events Team at HMS Warrior.

The reception took place on the Cable Deck (near the bow of the ship) and provided a unique backdrop to the indoor photos & a new location (after photographing maybe 50 weddings or special occasions) for ME - at HMS Warrior over the last ten years or so.

All the images were quickly available for viewing for Helen and Martin, but just a few favourites are shown here.
