Wedding Photographer at Oakley Hall nr Basingstoke in Hampshire

Today I was at Oakley Hall near Basingstoke. I was doing the wedding photography for Elaine and Edward and they were great FUN to work with. After a 12.30 ceremony and a few family shots on the patio - we posed for some photos at various locations around the landscaped gardens before the couple headed off to their afternoon reception.
I enjoyed this first visit to Oakley Hall which was a lovely venue to photograph - both internally and externally. You can see their website here: www.Oakleyhall-park.com
I can vouch for the fact that there is great food and service from a clearly dedicated and helpful team of staff at this venue. A first visit to this hotel for me and a great experience all round.
All the images were quickly available for viewing for Elaine and Edward, but just a few favourites are shown here.

Bump to Baby and newborn photography in Hampshire and West Sussex

Recently I have dedicated some studio time to shooting some portraits for local families. Done in a variety of different styles, I captured some individual and sibling portraits of local newborn, babies and toddlers and older siblings, or even family groups.
All of the children were local to me and some had parents or friends that I had photographed previously (say a bride and groom). I am also running a 'Bump to Baby' and newborn scheme via my website and various mailers I do for local families. It is a good idea to capture some images of your baby at intervals throughout the first year and from say around four week. If this appeals to you – why not get in touch and see what we can arrange.
The images will be available for viewing for parents and their families shortly after each session and there are a small selection posted here too, to give you an insight into my style and approach.

Official Photographer at The Chichester Priory 10K RUN

Today I attended the Chichester 10K Run, hosted by the members of the Rotary Club of Chichester Priory. You can view the race website here: www.chichester10krace.org.uk/10k_Road_Race/Home.html/ They are a friendly and supportive crowd and the marshals and support crew do a fantastic job at this event which I have covered now for numerous years.
I was the official photographer for the event on 3rd February 2013. Chichester 10K is a very successful annual 10K ‘road’ running race. The event website has a link to mine at the top of the page. There is always a large and competitive entry, making for challenging race photography!!
We were lucky as we had overcast and fairly bright light conditions, but NO SNOW or FLOODING despite the weather of recent weeks. I managed to capture a good number of images on the course. I photographed the vast majority of individual runners as they ran towards home and through the roadworks near to the famous Chichester Festival Theatre.
The images were available for viewing and sale to the runners the same day. Should YOU be looking for a great local event photography service - or maybe some newborn or baby portraits, wedding or commercial photography - Please do get in touch.

Wedding Photographer at The Royal Marines Museum in Southsea

Today I was doing the photography for a couple who married at The Royal Marines Museum, Southsea, Hampshire. I have uploaded a fair few images here from their day & will be showcasing just a few images from each wedding this year.
The website for the Royal Marines Museum is here: www.royalmarinesmuseum.co.uk I love working at this venue, with its close proximity to Southsea and Portsmouth and very helpful and supportive staff (thank you Pam, Donna and the team). The venue has fantstic grounds and rooms and a beautiful staircase for photos. I am already booked to cover other weddings here later in 2013 too. I have shown just a couple of images here and will typically do likewise for each of my weddings in 2013.
I am currently offering some very good rates and have some remaining availability for some key 2013 dates, subject to my availability. Please do get in touch - I look forward to possibly working for YOU too. I will shortly be completing my 'round' of local wedding fayres through February, March and April and so remaining dates (and 2014 naturally) will fill soon.
