Wedding photographer at the Newtown House Hotel on Hayling Island

Today was a local wedding at the Newtown House Hotel on Hayling Island. I was doing the wedding photography for Alina and Andrew and they were lovely people to work with. Apart from lots of the brides family who had travelled from Romania they are now a local couple, based in Havant.

After the ceremony was photographed the general photos occured around this familiar hotel within indoor and mostly outdoor locations, with good weather (eventually)! The mornings deluge and flooding had allbut cleared by the time came for the photography. We had a very good day at this venue and the staff at the hotel provided the fantastic catering for the day and coordinated the entire day to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time. They were super helpful to me and their catering was fantastic.

You can see the website of the hotel here The Newtown House Hotel  and their contact and other details are all on their website.

Especially if you are holding a short (half day or maybe a few hours) wedding ceremony or special event - please do get in touch and check my availability and see what I may be able to offer YOU. There are still some key Autumn dates free for 2023 (and beyond into 2024) at the time of writing this text. Please do get in touch if you think I can help you.

Wedding Photographer at the Square Tower in Old Portsmouth

Today was a wedding at The Square Tower in Old Portsmouth. I was doing the wedding photography for Deby and Brett.

The ceremony was great to photograph. We had a great day at this venue which is fantastic in my view and all those present seemed to have a great day too. Thanks to Steve, Julia and all at the venue! We were very lucky to get great weather conditions (it was sunny and warm!) - for some great opportunities for photos around the town walls. The website of The Square Tower is here: www.squaretower.co.uk and I enjoyed working with the staff here who were all very helpful indeed.

Having photographed the ceremony and signing of the registers, we opted for some photos at various locations, before the couple and their guests headed over to Hayling Island for an afternoon reception. I followed the couple over to Hayling Island and the Newtown House Hotel via the beach and for some photos with the beach huts and Hector - their fab 1967 VW Camper wedding car.

During a very busy summer in 2014 I will list just a few photos from each event I photograph. Some dates remain free and I might be available to photograph your event! I am offering a late availability offer of 10% off all my regular packages for anyone booking me for the period September 2014 to April 2015 - so if you haven't yet chosen your photographer for your event and want an experienced Master Photographer who offers high quality work at realistic prices - please do get in touch. I only cover one event each day though - so please don't delay if you are interested!  You can also add some FUN / photobooth type images with me, as an option.

Wedding Photographer at the Newtown House Hotel on Hayling Island

Today was a local wedding at the Newtown House Hotel on Hayling Island. I was doing the wedding photography for Victoria and Andy. We can bright and cool conditions, making for near perfect wedding photography conditions, particularly welcome after all the rain we had over the last couple of months!!
As usual, I will display just a few favourite images from this special day.
I enjoyed workling at the Newtown House Hotel and the staff were supportive and helpful throughout and it was my first ever trip to this local hotel after ten years as a wedding photographer and around 500 weddings. One of the joys of my job is the huge variety of fab locations and people I get to meet and work with.
The website of the hotel here: http://www.newtownhouse.co.uk/ and they are well worth getting in touch with if you are planning your wedding or other special occasion.
The images were available for viewing for Victoria and Andy shortly after their special day – Congratulations to you both.
