Wedding Photographer at HMS Warrior in Portsmouth

Today was a local wedding at HMS Warrior in the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth. I was doing the wedding photography for Elizabeth and Paul.

The ceremony was great to photograph and was in the Captains Cabin. We had a great day at this venue and we got some great opportunities for photos around the ship. Shortly after the wedding ceremony another 70 or so guests joined the day and for the photos, meal and evening reception. Wedding Photographer at HMS Warrior and HMS Excellent on Whale Island

Today was a local wedding at HMS Warrior in the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth. I was doing the wedding photography for Charlene and Dan.

The ceremony was great to photograph and was on the Half Deck. We had a great day at this venue and we were very lucky to get great weather conditions - for some great opportunities for photos around the ship.

As you can see from my small selection of photos - there was a strong Naval theme to this wedding. After the photos were completed at HMS warrior we all headed off to HMS Excellent at Whale Island for a reception and evening of celebrations.

Wedding Photographer at the Square Tower in Southsea and the Royal Naval Club too.

Today I was at The Square Tower in Southsea. I was doing the wedding photography for Kerry and Ruud and it was a great day, with some sun and heat for a nice change!

After some photos at the house and an early afternoon ceremony and a few family shots outside - we posed for some photos at various locations around the Square Tower. The staff are fantastic at this venue - Steve and Julia are always helpful to me and like to put on a great event.

After some refreshments - the couple and their guests headed off to The Royal Naval Club in the adjacent Pembroke Road, where the late afternoon and evening reception was planned. After a few photos of the room details, cake cut, speeches and first dance I was completed again for another day and fantastic wedding. It was an eight hour day for me today, but as usual time flies by when you are having fun - I do love my job!

All the images were available for viewing for Kerry and Ruud and their families very quickly.

Wedding photographer at Marwell Zoo.

Today I was at a Friday wedding at one of my favourite locations in Hampshire – Marwell Hall (Wildlife Park and Hall) in Colden Common near Winchester, for the first time this year. I was doing the wedding photography for Amy and Mike & they were fabulous to work with.
After some preliminary photos at arrival times (Zoo train!!)………….. The ceremony was fantastic to photograph at the Hall.
We were lucky to get great weather throughout the day for photos around the Zoo.
Having photographed the ceremony and signing of the registers, we completed some obligatory family and friend group photos, before the couple, myself and a member of staff headed off to visit the Black and white tailed Lemurs for some photos.
