Wedding photographer at the Portsmouth Register Offices in Burnaby Road, Portsmouth.

Today I was at Portsmouth Register Offices. I was doing the wedding photography for Grace and Aaron and it was a great day, with a mainly family group attending (around 45 people). It was the first time back at this popular and favourite Register Office for me for a long while.

After a 12.30am ceremony and a few family shots on the stair case - we all headed off the the Southbourne village hall for a larger gathering and celebrations.

The Portsmouth Register Offices is one of my favourite Register Offices to cover, as the space and gardens are fantastic and the staff are always helpful to me too. It was great to see some familiar faces again at the Register Offices.

All the images were available for viewing for Grace and Aaron and their families very promptly.

If YOU are getting married this year - Please do get in touch and see what late availability, or special offers I might have available for YOU!

Wedding Photographer at Portsmouth Register Offices and Ashbys Gastropub and boutique hotel in Portsmouth

Today I was at the Register Offices in Portsmouth. I was doing the wedding photography for Jacqui and Tim and they were FUN to work with, as you can probably tell from some of these images. I love working at and in the vicinity of Portsmouth Register Offices! After the ceremony and a few family shots in the gardens - the couple and their driver - Steve of Lawnswood Wedding Cars went with me to the town walls and around Old Portsmouth. We later all returned to the lovely Ashbys Gastropub and Boutique Hotel for an afternoon and evening of entertainment.

Owing to a high work load during April I am just putting a few concise details and of course some of my favourite and perhaps more quirky or unusual shots from each wedding alongside the text. Once updated I will try and keep it up to date for the rest of the year!

All the images were quickly available for viewing for Jacqui and Tim and their families, but just a few favourites are shown here.

Wedding Photographer at Portsmouth Register Offices

Today was a local wedding at Portsmouth Register Offices, followed by a trip into Old Portsmouth for some photos with Jennie and Martyn. I have uploaded just a few images here from their day & will be simply showcasing just a few images from each wedding for the rest of this busy summer, usually and rather than trying to tell the 'whole story'. I love working at this venue, with its close proximity to my base, great gardens for photos and very helpful and supportive staff. I am already booked to cover a whole lot more weddings here later in the year and next year too.
I am currently offering some very good rates and discounts for any remaing 2012 dates and into the early New Year too, subject to my availability. I typically cover local mid week Register Office ceremonies at cut price rates!! So, I look forward to possibly helping YOU too.

Portsmouth Wedding Photographer. The Portsmouth Register Offices.

Today I was at Portsmouth Register Offices for my first wedding at this venue, this year. I was doing the wedding photography for Mikhaila and Steven.

After a 3.30pm ceremony and a couple of group shots on the staircase - we posed for some photos at various locations around the Register Office gardens before the couple and their guests headed off to Spice Island for a wedding breakfast and an evening of celebrations. Spice Island Inn overlooks Portsmouth harbour and the Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Keys.
The Portsmouth Register Offices is one of my favorite Register Offices to photograph, as the space and gardens are fantastic and the staff are always helpful to me too. You can see their website here: www.portsmouth.gov.uk/living/580.html

Portsmouth Wedding Photographer. Charlotte and David get married at Portsmouth Register Offices

Today I was at Portsmouth Registrar Offices. I was doing the wedding photography at the first of two weddings (for me!!) for Charlotte and David. Having taken some photos at the house, I headed off early to the Register Offices and was soon contacted by David who had arranged a surprise trip and arrival in a great Cadillac via one of his friends. The car made for some pretty unique photos as you can see.

The ceremony was good to photograph as the Portsmouth Register Offices has great light and an attractive staircase, gardens and ample space. The weather was bright and kind to us, albeit the early morning snowfall meant that even at 2.30pm we were the first onto the fresh snow for photos that afternoon.

We moved swiftly for photos into the gardens, after the ceremony performed by the Portsmouth Registrars: www.portsmouth.gov.uk/living/580.html We posed for some photos at various locations around the gardens before the couple and their 20 guests had a short break, before heading off to The Royal Marines Museum for the wedding breakfast and an evening of celebrations.

The website of the Royal Marines Museum is here: http://www.royalmarinesmuseum.co.uk/ All approx 100 guests had a seemingly fantastic evening and the superb catering was provided by Green Parrot: http://www.greenparrotcatering.co.uk/

The images will be available for viewing for Charlotte and David and their families very soon.
